Work / The Studio
Making the path from "I found you" to "I booked" obvious.
The Studio is a New York barber shop doing polished work without a single website that matched it. Esteben created a focused home for the services, prices, current work, and booking path.

The situation
The shop's strongest marketing already existed: the work the barbers posted to Instagram. But a new customer had to piece the business together across search results, social profiles, and a separate booking tool. Services and prices were not presented in one clear place, and the path to an appointment was easy to miss.
The decision
The website did not need to become another system for the shop to maintain. It needed to make the existing behavior work harder. We kept the site focused on three customer questions:
- 01Does the work fit what I want?
- 02What service should I book and what does it cost?
- 03How do I reserve a time?
What we built
A fast, image-led website with the service menu and real prices in easy reach. Booking remains visible throughout the experience and hands off to the scheduling tool the shop already uses.
The current Instagram feed supplies fresh visual proof without asking the team to maintain a second gallery in a content system.
What shipped
- Responsive website design.
- Front-end build and launch.
- Service and pricing presentation.
- Instagram integration.
- Connection to the existing booking flow.
Outcome
The site launched in 2025 and gave the business one clear destination for new customers. We did not control or independently measure appointment data, so this case study does not claim a conversion or revenue increase.
