Your work looks professional. Your website should make that obvious.
Esteben builds and manages clear five-page websites for businesses that win work through calls, appointments, and quote requests. Your site explains the services, shows the proof, and makes the next step easy, without a large upfront project fee.

The problem
The business grew. The website did not.
A customer finds you through Google, a referral, a truck, a sign, or social media. Then they visit the website to answer a few basic questions: Do you handle my kind of project? Can I trust the work? Do you serve my area? What should I do next?
If those answers are buried, outdated, or missing, the website creates doubt, even when the business has already earned trust offline.
The services are difficult to compare.
Visitors have to interpret a long list or call before they know whether the business fits.
The proof lives somewhere else.
Strong reviews and project photos sit on Google or Instagram while the website looks unfinished.
The next step is easy to miss.
Phone numbers, quote forms, service areas, and appointment actions are buried or inconsistent.
The owner is stuck maintaining it.
Simple changes become another task or another vendor to chase.
Who it fits
For local businesses that do valuable work and need customers to see that sooner.
This plan is built for owner-led service businesses with real work, a defined service area, and a clear next action such as calling, booking, or requesting a quote.
Automotive services
Detailing, tint, PPF, wraps, repair, body work, and specialty shops.
Home and property services
Painting, flooring, landscaping, remodeling, cleaning, pressure washing, and related trades.
Appointment businesses
Salons, barbers, studios, consultants, accountants, and independent practices.
Professional services
Small firms that need credentials, services, and contact information presented clearly.
Not sure whether the plan fits?
Send the current website. You will get a direct answer rather than being pushed into the wrong service.
Selected work
Do not take the promise. Look at the work.
Each project shows the business problem, the page system, and the customer action the site was organized around.

What you get
One clear website. The pieces a local service business actually needs.
Five-page website
A typical structure includes Home, Services, About, Work or Reviews, and Contact. The final page list follows the business rather than forcing every client into identical labels.
Mobile-first contact path
Calls, quote requests, directions, and appointments remain easy to reach on the screens customers use.
Service and location structure
Page titles, headings, internal links, service language, and location facts are organized around how customers search and decide. This is an SEO foundation, not a ranking guarantee.
Real proof
Reviews, credentials, project photography, service areas, process, and FAQs are placed where they reduce doubt.
Hosting and maintenance
Deployment, SSL, routine technical maintenance, and monitoring remain included while the plan is active.
Ongoing content edits
Send reasonable changes to text, links, hours, services, staff details, and supplied images. One request is handled at a time.
Direct support
You work directly with Steven, the person designing and building the site. Email replies are targeted within one business day.
How it works
A small process, because the website should not become another full-time job.
Step 01: Send the business
Share the current site, main services, location, and what is not working. A sales call is not required to begin.
Step 02: Confirm the fit
Steven reviews the business and replies by email with whether the plan fits, what information is missing, and the next step.
Step 03: Approve the homepage direction
You review the first page direction before the remaining pages are completed.
Step 04: Build the full site
The services, proof, contact path, responsive states, and search foundations are implemented as one system.
Step 05: Launch and stay supported
The site goes live after approval. Hosting, maintenance, and defined content edits remain included while the plan is active.
Typical launch is 7-10 business days after content, access, and the first payment are received.

See Esteben's store servicesWho builds it
The person who reviews the business is the person who builds the site.
Steven Espinal is a software engineer and the developer behind Esteben. He has worked across ecommerce and software products and builds every Esteben site himself.
The local-sites plan keeps that access direct. There is no handoff from a salesperson to an unknown production queue. You send the business, Steven reviews the fit, and Steven builds the approved site.
Questions
Read the terms before you apply.
01Why is the price lower than a normal custom website project?
This is a limited founding-client offer for focused local-service websites. The page count, process, revision round, ongoing edits, and exclusions are defined so the work can be delivered consistently. The lower price does not include ecommerce, custom applications, advertising, or ongoing SEO campaigns.
02Is there really no setup payment?
There is no separate setup or design payment. The first $200 monthly payment is due when the project begins. The plan has a 12-month minimum.
03What five pages are included?
A typical site includes Home, Services, About, Work or Reviews, and Contact. The exact names and page structure are confirmed for the business before work begins.
04How quickly will the website launch?
The typical timeline is 7-10 business days after the required content, access, and first payment are received. Delayed content or approvals can extend the timeline.
05Do you write all of the copy?
Light editing and organization of supplied business information are included. Research-heavy, regulated, or long-form copywriting from a blank page is scoped separately.
06Does SEO come with the plan?
The site includes page titles, descriptions, headings, service and location structure, internal links, mobile performance, a sitemap, and other on-page foundations supported by the platform. Ongoing content, link building, Google Business Profile management, advertising, and guaranteed rankings are not included.
07What counts as an ongoing edit?
Reasonable changes to text, links, hours, services, staff details, and supplied images on existing pages are included. Esteben handles one active request at a time. New pages, redesigns, new functionality, integrations, and large content changes are separate.
08Who owns the domain and website?
Your domain, business copy, logo, photography, video, and supplied assets remain yours. The managed site is hosted and maintained while the plan is active. Transfer rights after the 12-month term follow the written service agreement.
09What happens after 12 months?
After the minimum term, the managed plan continues month to month at the agreed rate until either side ends it under the service agreement. Hosting, maintenance, and edits remain included while the plan is active.
10Can I cancel before 12 months?
The initial agreement is a 12-month commitment. Early-cancellation and payment terms are defined in the written agreement before the first payment.
11Do I have to take a sales call?
No. Submit the business and current website first. Steven can review the fit and send the next step by email. A call is optional when it would make the project clearer.
12Can you build an online store?
Yes, but not under this plan. Esteben’s Shopify projects use a separate scope and fixed quote.
